By accessing or using Reactive Codes websites, courses, or mentorship services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with any course or program rules we publish. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or harmful behavior.
Fees, payments and cancellation
Program fees are payable in advance and are stated in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details.
Program fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed. This applies whether or not you attend the live sessions, and whether or not you complete the program. The complete curriculum, schedule, time commitment and project list are published on each program page before payment so that you can make an informed decision, and we will answer any question in writing beforehand.
You may cancel your enrolment at any time, but no refund is due on cancellation. Access to materials and recordings ends if we suspend your account for a breach of these terms.
If we cancel a cohort, or are unable to deliver a program you have paid for, we will either transfer you to the next intake or refund the fee for the undelivered program, at your choice.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Content and intellectual property
Course materials, branding, and site content are owned by Reactive Codes or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell materials without permission.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
